TPG Perfumes have no relation to other commercial perfume products and is created in it’s own unique packaging and trademarked brand. Any mention of other public information is for indicative purpose only as TPG curates and creates sought after perfumes for your delight.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Lead times for packing: Packing of orders take 1-3 working days to process when paid by credit card. EFT payment options may take longer.

Lead time for deliveries: Your package will be sent from Pretoria and deliveries will take place according to Fastway’s lead times depending on your delivery area: Main cities have a faster delivery turnaround time than more remote areas. Please anticipate a longer delivery lead time during high volume periods.

Delivery service: We use a third party courier service and you will be notified of your tracking number once your package has been collected from us. Delivery is available in South Africa only and not to neighbouring countries. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY COSTS:

Delivery fee: Delivery fee is free for orders of R599 and above. Orders under R599 is charged at a standard rate or R75. Please note that remote areas might incur extra delivery charges depending on the third party courier service fees.

The Perfume Gallery reserves the right to limit quantities of any items sold on The Perfume Gallery online store. The Perfume Gallery reserves the right to contact the client to substitute for another product if out of stock.
